  • Do I need access to a gym?

    No. Your training plan will be based on your preferences. Whether that’s at the gym, at home, outdoors, or with activities like Pilates or swimming.

  • How does the coaching process work?

    Depending on your package, we’ll meet regularly for 1:1 sessions. You’ll receive personalized plans and guidance, and optional Messenger support for additional check-ins and motivation.

  • How can I get started?

    Simply reach out via the contact form or email. We’ll schedule an initial consultation to find out what fits you best.

  • Can I book only a nutrition or fitness plan?

    Yes. If you prefer a focused approach, you can book a plan for either training or nutrition. Coaching sessions or support can be added if needed.

  • What if I miss a week or need a break?

    That’s completely fine. Life happens and your coaching will adapt. Flexibility is part of the process, and long-term consistency matters more than perfection.

  • What's included in the Messenger support?

    It allows you to check in between sessions, ask questions, share updates, and stay motivated. It’s like having a coach in your pocket for support when you need it most.

  • Do I need to buy products, supplements, or apps?

    No. My approach is independent and flexible. If you already use something or want to explore options, we’ll review it together, but nothing is required.

  • In which languages is the coaching available?

    All coaching sessions, materials, and communication can be provided in English and German.
