Hi, Iām Lena, founder of beyondblnc and certified nutrition & fitness coach.
Health, fitness, and performance have shaped my life from an early age. I spent over a decade competing in swimming and was also actively involved in equestrian sports. Today, I continue to train regularly and understand firsthand the importance of balancing performance, recovery, and long term health.
My background in both sports and the fashion industry has given me a unique perspective on what it means to feel your best. While physical appearance can be a source of confidence, true well being goes far beyond how you look.
