Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the date the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Lena Alexandra Monser, Elberfelder Str. 130, 40724 Hilden, Germany, Phone: +49 160 95088218, Email: lenaa.mns@gmail.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, although it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen (14) days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment for the refund that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you incur any fees as a result of this refund.
If you have requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an appropriate amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison to the total scope of services provided for in the contract.
Your right of withdrawal shall expire prematurely if:
you have expressly requested and agreed that we begin providing the service before the end of the withdrawal period,
you have acknowledged that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed, and
the service has in fact been fully performed.
As our services takes place at a specific, agreed-upon date, the right of withdrawal expires if the service is fully provided after your express consent and acknowledgment.
